Scope:
1) Handling of customer services via:
- Phone
- Email
- Web livechat
- Walk-in
2) Ad hoc sales coordination
10:00am – 6pm from Monday to Friday,
Daily basic salary range from S$7.50/hr to S$8/hr, 5 days a week
2. RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

We are seeking exceptional calibre Weekend Product Advisors/Promoters, ideally with experience in sales and demonstrating/promoting our products in retail stores. You are required to be friendly with the ability to build rapport with JML customers to establish their wants and needs to up sell our exciting range of products and services.
An exciting role for anyone looking to develop their experience and confidence demonstrating and explaining innovative products, you will be working closely with our Sales executive to hone your presentation skills. Your role is a vital link between JML and the consumers as you represent the company in explaining product usage and clarifying doubts at the front line.
As an individual, you will possess a can-do attitude, good interpersonal skills and the confidence and ability to communicate with large groups of people. Successful candidates will need to be personable, competitive and thrive on working in a sales environment.
Job Scope:
- Perform simple product demonstrations and explaining the usages to customers
- Daily stocking up of product merchandising
Wage:
Monthly Basic: S$1,200 (3 months Probation), increment based on performance thereafter.
Commission:
up to 5% incremental incentive!
Working hours:
10am – 8pm, 6 days work week.
Off in-lieu will be compensated for working on public holidays.
